Faradays Electrician: prompt, courteous, good communicationI received very helpful service from this company of electricians. My 96-year-old mother's carer phoned me today, to inform me that there was a bang and spark when she, the carer, turned off a power point. My husband phoned Faraday’s and was able to speak to Richard, an electrician, who was able to visit my mother’s home soon after this phone call. He assessed the problem and dealt with it, leaving my mother’s room and the offending switch and light safely secured. Richard was courteous and efficient. Highly recommend Faraday electricians. John & Pauline were wonderful to work with. Super transparent and honest about everything, and provided a great service & quality for my electrical needs. Installed new lights, swapped old fixtures, and changed out old vents. Competitive pricing for sure. Took the time to walk me through all the possibilities and options that were available to me. They were also the only electrician I found that didn't try and upsell me on unnecessary things.

I needed new ceiling lights, a new smoke alarm and an outdoor sensor light installed. Faraday Group were totally reliable: came when they said they would, were polite, efficient and helpful, cleaned up after themselves and the price was very reasonable. Richard from Faraday recently completed some work to fix our faulty circuit breakers. He was able to schedule the work same day, and arrived at the agreed time which is always greatly appreciated. The internal board setup was of an older style but Richard applied good problem solving, experience and knowledge to rearrange the existing infrastructure for a safe and appropriate solution. Thanks Richard and Faraday - really appreciate your quick response and fix !

We engaged Faraday Group to upgrade our (1960s) consumer mains and meter board in preparation for a solar installation. They responded quickly to my enquiry and attended to assess the site within 24 hours, and the works were scheduled within the week. The job was conducted professionally and to a high standard, despite some challenging access issues related to the original build. The team were a pleasure to deal with and we're very happy with the result.

We have used Faraday Group previously for upgrading the switchboard and other electrical work around the house. Our most recent work in January 2024 involved combining 2 meters on our property. All work was done very efficiently and promptly. Pauline was wonderful, courteous, and answered all our questions, and quickly organised what was required. Richard and his colleagues were very professional and experienced, and were very helpful in explaining what was done. Quotes were also reasonable, and the most important thing was it was all done to a high standard. We recommend Faraday Group and will use them again for any electrical work we may have in the future.

So happy I found Faraday Group Electricians!! Michael recently fixed a loose fell off power point panel in our home. There is only limited space of power point panel between sinks and cabinets so it is hard to reposition and reinstall panel with basket embedded in wall glues, Michael did a fantastic job to perfectly reinstall it on wall .Very impressed! I also appreciated Pauline's consistent communication throughout the entire process and was very happy my work was able to be completed within days after initial consultation with her.Will definitely use Faradays Electricians for all my future electrical and networking work!Thanks again Pauline and Micheal!

I have about a dozen nos of Downlight to add to my living, dining rooms and kitchen, coupled with 4 nos of oyster light and some other minor electrical work at my home last week. I appreciate very much to all Faraday’s staff, from Pauline and Richard to the on site personnel Michael and Lucas. They are all just wonderful, polite, patience and performing professionally. Before works taken place, they paid visit to my home and explained time how their works would be done, not just entertaining my requests but even provide their own advice for my consideration. I could not believe they just took less than a day with 2 young persons to get the job done in a perfect manner that I have never thought about. It was so amazing that with such upgrade all my rooms are now becoming much comfortable than ever. I would have no hesitation if anyone ask me who is the best cable guys in this area I would say Faraday definitely.

Great experience with Faraday Group who were incredibly quick and easy to deal with from getting quotes to getting the job done. Quick, clean and easy. Had a 20amp switch installed for new hot water system and was relieved when they also double checked with my hot water installer on requirements to make sure everything was right.
